TECASINT 5111 natural has good chemical resistance, especially to light acids and many organic solvents. In combination with the very good electrical insulating properties of the PI material, TECASINT 5111 natural is also perfectly suited for applications in the semiconductor industry, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering. Moreover, the polyimide material has good mechanical properties, good wear resistance and is also resistant to high-energy radiation. Das Melkgestell besteht aus einem Rahmen mit Deckplatte, zwischen welche das Gummieuter eingeklemmt wird. Die vier Beine sind leicht auswechselbar, mit eingeschobenem Gummistoppel als Fuß dienend. Das Gummieuter wurde ursprünglich für den Unterricht an landwirtschaftlichen Fachschulen entwickelt, um den zukünftigen Landwirten das Melken von Hand beizubringen. Diese Fähigkeit ist auch in unserer modernen Zeit noch notwendig, da Melkmaschinen ausfallen können, die Kühe aber trotzdem gemolken werden müssen. Neuerdings wird unser Gummieuter auch im Tourismus eingesetzt (Wettmelken als "Hüttengaudi"). Standard-Ausführungen Das Gummieuter wird in den Ausführungen schwarz und weiß produziert. Dabei ist jedoch zu bedenken, dass die schwarze Qualität allgemein robuster ist. Für Einsatz in Schulen oder zum Wettmelken sollten nur die schwarzen Zitzen benutzt werden. Das Gestell ist erhältlich in den Ausführungen Edelstahl und Holz. Das Edelstahlgestell besteht komplett aus Edelstahl, ohne Lackierung. Das Holzgestell besteht aus einem Rahmen aus Mehrschichtplatte mit abschraubbaren Hartholzfüßen. Sonderausführungen Folgende Sonderausführungen können auf Bestellung geliefert werden:
